In collaboration with Culture Link, BLCC offers a short-term (4 sessions) free counselling program for newcomers and immigrants (youth 15-17 and adults) to help with settlement stress, adjustment challenges, and early-stage mental wellness.

Advocacy usually means getting support from another person to help you express your views and wishes. And to help you stand up for your rights. Someone who helps you in this way is called your advocate.
Navigation supports help you find and connect to the right service within Hands, or to another specialised service in the community. We are here to help you find the best support to meet your needs.
Parental Advisory Service: A remote, 20 minute one-off appointment with an expert, providing guidance on how to respond to a particular situation or problem at home. This is often an effective way to avoid the need for recourse to therapeutic intervention.
